bring a run group to your church today
Introducing Upward Running!

It’s here—Upward Running has officially launched!
We’re excited to introduce our newest sport offering for adults. Upward Running equips local leaders—called Run Coaches—with the tools they need to launch a running or walking program at their church. Designed with beginners in mind, the program offers encouragement, training plans, and ministry resources to help your group take on the 5K Challenge—together.
Ready to bring Upward Running to your church? As your trusted ministry partner, we’re here to walk alongside you with everything you need to start strong. Schedule your call today and take the first step toward launching a new kind of sports outreach in your community.
Let’s get moving—it’s going to be a lot of fun!
Steps to Bring Upward Running to Your Church:
- Step 1: Schedule a Call. Connect with our team to learn how Upward Running works and what it looks like to lead a group at your church. We’ll walk you through the vision, resources, and create your timeline.
- Step 2: Get Equipped. Once you’re ready, you’ll receive access to everything you need through our MyUpward portal—Run Coach training, 12-week 5K Challenge materials, ministry tools, and the new and improved RunClub app.
- Step 3: Launch Your Group. Invite adults in your church and community to join you for your weekly meetup, where you will walk or run together and share a devotion. Encourage one another, grow in faith, and move with purpose as you train toward the 5K Challenge together.
